FranChine could explore the market niche by providing the following service:

Many young employees would like to have some overseas working experience. FranChine is here to help employees, especially young people to realize this dream.


• Hunting for more suitable jobs for top management in either French or Chinese companies
FranChine also accepts top management's private request on hunting more suitable jobs. The service will be kept confidential until an ideal job is found and secured for the customer.


• Adaptation training courses including personality test, specially-designed intercultural communication training, etc.
Before offering this course, customers will be required to take a personality test to determine their personality type and the related characters, such as decision making style, which is a key factor for employees to communicate well within organizations.

After being analyzed personally and culturally by the specialists of FranChine, customers will be offered the set of specially-designed training courses before taking up the new post either in a new company or in a new country.
